80km/h a horrible vibration begins and i jus cant seem to get rid of it.

Have the front disc checked to see if they are warped, on one of my 325's and on my 200ie a warped disc caused vibration at certain speeds (100 and 120 respectively). I found this out via my normal process of brief checks and then just replacing stuff!!
To test it gently apply the brakes at the speed when the vibration occurs, should stop the noise instantly. Try that, if that isnt it and the vibration is the same while braking and rolling Ill wrack my brain, pretty sure its discs thou!

thanks rhett, it probably must be that cause when i travel to about 100km/h and apply brakes it shakes the steering wheel? but then the faster i go the greater the vibration aswell

Then its the discs, you can balance the wheels all you like, if the discs are warped you will feel it straight away! Maybe the car is just rubbish and you should sell it to me for 50k.............. ; )

The wilwoods are cast the POWERBRAKES are machined from billet no competition between cast and billet. Especially as the local setup is cheaper and better quality.
Just my 2c worth
Also cross drilled discs eventually develop hairline cracks.

when i had the propshaft redone, i thought it could be the coupling aswell as the diff suspension bushes turned
out it wasnt non of them but the velocity joint that was messed, so i had the velocity joint aswell as the
centre bearing replaced....(although fixed a problem vibration still persists)...found out the control arm
bushes were worn replaced them with polyurethane ones aswell as replaced control arms....(although fixed a problem vibration still persists)....
took it to replace all four tires redid balancing had the wheel alignment done checked if wheels were buckled turned out they not....(although fixed a problem vibration still persists)....
but i have not given up hope yet,i am goin to replace the tie rod ends aswell as front and rear sway links
end of the month and see if it cures that d@#n vibration
